WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
All orders leave our facility within 1-4 business days. At checkout, choose the shipment method of your choice.
US Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days) - *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.
2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)
International and Canadian Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (14-30 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.
2. USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)
*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
We will gladly accept your return for a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 business days.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
-Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
-In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
-Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.
-We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.
Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Buy My Styles and for re-shipping for exchanges.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
